A binding sales agreement is established only when both parties sign a Proforma Invoice, sales contract, or equivalent written confirmation, and the agreed deposit (if applicable) has been received. Until such confirmation, quotations remain non-binding and may be revised based on raw material market fluctuations, exchange rates, or production capacity.

Quotations are typically valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, mold structures, technical drawings, photography, written content and proprietary processes appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Foshan Yongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd. or are used under appropriate license. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design patent and unfair competition laws.

For OEM/ODM cooperation, designs, artwork, branding or specifications provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer.
